G.D 121P-20K Cigarette Manufacturing Machines

121P 20K is a cigarette maker that manufactures 20,000 cigarettes per minute.

Cigarette paper and filter feed is managed fully automatically by two independent modules while the machine is operating full-speed. Reels of material are automatically picked up from a trolley or directly from pallets

121P-20K main optional equipment includes:

• EFK (Extra Flexibility Kit) which makes configuration changes back and forth from full flavour to light fast and easy.
• Filter paper perforation laser in order to obtain various levels of cigarette ventilation.
• Vision System to control single cigarette surface quality.
