G.D 121A Cigarette Manufacturing Machines

121A is a cigarette maker that manufactures 12,000 cigarettes per minute.Double rod technology and double bladed cutting head allow for lower speed movements of the mechanical parts which affords high machine reliability.

121A main optional equipment includes:

• EFK (Extra Flexibility Kit) which makes configuration changes back and forth from full flavour to light fast and easy
• Fully automatic cigarette paper and filter feed is managed by two independent modules while the machine is operating full-speed. Reels of material are automatically picked up from a trolley or directly from pallets.
• Filter paper perforation laser in order to obtain various levels of cigarette ventilation.
• Vision System to control single cigarette surface quality.
